If you are just getting started on the Next Level Exchange or need some ideas of specific curriculums, check out our syllabus guides!  These videos are grouped in targeted sections that either resonate with New (or Newer) Hires, Full Life Cycle Recruiting, and those who are either purely Marketing or purely Recruiting.  Our syllabi are broken out into twelve separate meetings, which can be implemented once a week for an entire quarter.

You certainly don’t need to stick with the suggested episodes in each syllabus – if you have already viewed one of the episodes, or you think there are ones more relevant for your team, feel free to substitute!  Remember to utilize the facilitation guides provided for each episode, and always make use of the Next Level Library to supplement all of your ongoing development!  The Next Level Exchange recruiting library has numerous forms, scripts, articles, and documents for additional learning that will surely help you take your business to the Next Level.

This syllabus is a perfect fit for those new or newer hires within your organization.  Episodes span from an overview of the entire search process to Rookie Big Biller Secrets from future superstars in the industry.  This 12-meeting suggested syllabus can be implemented as frequently as you’d like – we would suggest one meeting per week for three months.

This syllabus is relevant to those who are running a full desk – managing both the recruitment process and the client development process.  Episodes span from spotting danger signs early in the process to utilizing reference checking as an approach to invigorate your marketing calls.  This 12-meeting suggested menu can be implemented as frequently as you’d like – we would suggest one meeting per week for three months.
