I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Easy!  Just go to your ACCOUNT page and click “Change Password” to reset. A message will appear prompting you to enter the e-mail address associated with your account.  Your username will be e-mailed to the e-mail address on file. 

One of the users on our account has left the company. I want to change their password and/or email address. Can I do that myself?

The answer is, YES!  Log in with the account username and password for the account you want to change.  Once logged in, the ACCOUNT page will display the account details, with a form to change or update your account details. Make sure to hit the Save button to change your details.  Don’t forget to write down your new login information so you don’t forget your updated change!

How do I add additional users to my account?

Each subscription to Next Level Exchange comes with two (2) usernames and passwords that can be used interchangeably within an office.  If your account requires additional usernames and passwords we offer them in bulk of five (5) usernames and passwords for an additional $15.00/per month added to your selected subscription rate.  Please email orders@nextlevelexchange.com to add additional sets of five (5) users and we will contact you to set up the accounts.  Please note: If you add users to your account, you must keep those additional users for a minimum of six months. Example: NLE Premium Subscription and five (5) additional usernames and passwords: $129 + $15 = $144 per month (for 7 total usernames and passwords).

I'm having video playback problems. What are the minimum requirements to view NLE content?

The minimum requirements to view NLE TV video programs are:

  • High-speed WiFi connection or…
  • Hard-wired, high-speed Internet connection: DSL, Cable or faster – Click to test network speed
  • Web browser
  • Audio speakers
  • MS Word, PDF, and Excel installed on your computer to view documents
  • Recommend disabling browser pop-up blockers
  • Recommend quitting all other running applications
  • Recommend stopping other downloads, software updates, virus scans and disk optimizations

Video Player Tips

  • To start/stop, click the play/pause button in the player.
  • To fast-forward or rewind, move the control slider in the progress bar at the bottom of the video.
  • To view fullscreen mode, click the fullscreen icon in the lower right corner.
  • To adjust the sound volume, move the volume slider in lower right corner.
