James Cutter started his recruiting career in 1999, and in 2000 joined the Ft. Lauderdale office of a large recruiting network.  His office became the Rookie office of the Year in his first year in search.

Since joining SearchPath in 2004, James has led his practice recruiting sales professionals within the enterprise software and IT services industry. His specialty is recruitment of executives and senior sales professionals for world-class sales forces in the enterprise software industry such as Oracle, SAP, IBM, BEA, Microsoft, Siebel, Peoplesoft, and SalesForce.com.
