The following year, Jordan struck out on his own, forming Rayboy Insider Search - the nation's leading search firm in the storage, virtualization, and infrastructure marketplace. He joined Pinnacle Society in 2009, and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2011, currently serving as Member Education Chair. Jordan eclipsed $1.2M in billings in 2012.
