This offering will equip new recruiters with the skills needed for success in a career in the search industry. Course facilitation and instruction covers all of the 60 chapters in our 20 Modules of nearly 22 hours of professionally produced videos, participant workbooks, quizzes and collaborative discussion questions found in NLE Foundation Training plus approximately 18 hours of instructor led course facilitation throughout the program.

Although Facilitated Foundation Training is designed to help the inexperienced search professional learn the concepts and fundamentals of the search process, the quantity and depth of topics contained within are ideal for experienced search professionals, too, who want to reaffirm existing skills or who want to become proficient in weaker skilled areas of their search knowledge.

Program Details

Facilitated Foundation Training is a five week course consisting of sessions delivered daily for the first week followed by Tuesdays and Thursdays for the remainder of the course. Customized calendars (ex: Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern) are created for every class launched throughout the year.

Program Cost

The total course is $3,000.00 per participant, which includes course facilitation, workshop materials and direct feedback to student on homework assignments. Unlimited individual recap sessions with owner/manager for one-on-one feedback and personalized coaching and consulting regarding the student in the program.
