Tuesday, January 19 – Session 3: Understanding the Importance and Use of a Researcher.
Discovering, identifying, verifying, and recording who works where for whom and how do I reach them is an unbelievably complicated job and an absolutely critical piece for any successful firm. It takes about twice the time to build an on-target call list as it does to actually call that list. Understanding all the ways to use the “research” function most effectively will be the focus of this session.
Friday, January 22 – Session 4: How to Expand the Client Development Side of Your Business.
Developing NEW business is one of the most important yet daunting tasks for any firm. It takes hundreds of outbound efforts to secure even one new client. It is an area of your business that requires constant dedicated movement that is time consuming and specific. This session will focus on the structure and tactics that lead to the most successful and consistent client development.
Monday, January 25 – Session 5: How to Expand the Recruiting Side of Your Business.
Time is our greatest enemy when it comes to filling roles – clients want candidates fast; you have limited amounts of time each day to spend on recruiting and most firms have more searches than they have time. Effectively adding recruiting help to your desk is often the first move someone should make to strengthen their team. However, the cost and disruption that can ensue from mismanaging the concept and the people can be disastrous. This session will focus on some of the key techniques and tactics for expanding your recruiting bandwidth in the most efficient way.
Friday, January 29 – Session 6: How to Promote, Incentivize, and Reward Your Team.
A critical part of team is structure – how are you going to help team members grow? How do you intend to motivate them? How do you pay them? What about bonuses? How to you keep them in-house as they do continue to develop? All of these are complex and critical questions for any owner who is trying to expand their team and grow their revenue. It is exactly these topics that will be covered in this last session.
